By accessing or using the Shenkani technical advisory services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Shenkani provides process engineering consulting for botanical oil extraction, distillation calibration, and herb preservation. All services are delivered under the Shenkani technical standards framework.

Services and Scope

Shenkani offers thermal curve audits of copper stills, vacuum-condensation pipe network design, and crop drying system optimization. Each engagement is defined by a written scope of work. We do not guarantee specific yield percentages or compound concentrations, as results depend on raw material quality, operator technique, and environmental conditions beyond our control.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about your equipment, materials, and facility conditions. You are responsible for implementing any recommended modifications safely and in compliance with local regulations. Shenkani is not liable for damages arising from improper installation or operation of suggested upgrades.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shenkani's total liability for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific consulting engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of product, revenue, or business interruption.

Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, you must pay for all work completed up to the effective date. Shenkani reserves the right to refuse service to any client who violates these terms or engages in unsafe practices.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website.
